Wes,

I will go out on a limb here.
If you mean the pumping station near 5878 N Desert View Dr, I see two poles
there.
The northern pole (with the crossarm) appears to have 3 phase 7.2kV, which feed
3 lightning arrestors, 3 cutouts (fuses) and then 3 10kVA transformers.
The secondaries (120-0-120 VAC, or maybe a delta to wye 480-480-480) from the
transformers "dip" down in the gray plastic pipe on the side of the wooden pole.
The southern pole appears to have a 7.2kV single phase to a dead end 6 shed
poly insulator. It feeds a single lightning arrestor and a single cutout (fuse)
then a HV dip line in the gray plastic pipe on the side of the wooden pole. I
see a ground-mounted transformer (TPT 01) near the base of that pole.
You might try using the ATT on the Sony (ATT works on the ferrite loop) and
"Sniffing" around the secondaries and then the HV dip line on these two suspect
poles.

Hope this helps.
Chris
