Section 34 explains that Amateur Radio is not considered and emergency service. Can anyone provide a link to when it WAS?I know it was mentioned as an aspect of a hobby previously, but based on the past few years of reaction to this R&O, surely it was more than just that, or, did people just THINK it was?
