I'm looking for a tower that could be carried in a truck and set up easily. It might be used as a vertical or to support one end of a wire antenna or center of an inverted V. Telescoping aluminum tubing looks like a good approach, but where can I find it? Irrigation pipe seems to be PVC nowadays. I've thought of extensions for paint rollers (seen at Home Depot), but height is limited. The best I've seen are telescoping flag poles from Uncommon USA, http://www.uncommonusa.com but max height is 25' and they are pricey at $300. Any suggestions?
