I do not have any contest logging software, but I do have a PC.
Can somebody help with free software ?
Or at least give me a hint to do logging on PC and send it via e-mail.

At the very least you need to find out in what format the contest sponsors want. Cabrillo is common for many (ARRL DX, CQWW), but not for all...

I just downloaded a free logging program N1MM http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm
Will help you log the contacts during the contest and create the log file that you will need to email.
