Typically carbon resistors are non-inductive in the HF region. Lower
values of modern film resistors usually are pretty good, also, in that
respect. Film resistors may be laser trimmed for the tighter tolerances
and may not be appropriate.
All leaded components (and even SM) will have some inductance due to lead
length, but this is in the 10's of nHs and not an issue for HF applications.
