Been there, done that….
Except…..when I killed the main breaker the noise continued so I “assumed” it
wasnt my house……turns out my catv modem has a battery backup for my voip phone
service….and yes, that was the culprit. Cable company swapped it for a newer
version and noise went away……now only 40 more sources to find !!
