Do you mean to say must "meet the limits"?

God forbid products should be of decent design, and quality, and achieve perhaps 1/1000th of the limit, rather than get right up against the edge, and be RFI spewing garbage.

I see the problem... Lower the limit.

Let them "meet the limit" at a level that isn't an issue. Moving a decimal point three places to the left in a single sentence of the regulations should solve the global issue for eternity, and would make offenders stand out like a case of dynamite going off in a parade of nothing but sparklers, if it can be seen, heard, or has any impact at all, it's a problem, no question.

It's a limit, not a goal... Strive for indetectable. Indetectable is a good limit. Let's start there. Change the limit, let the garbage die off en cours, and, in ten to twenty years, the planet should be RFI-free, much as what has happened with plasma TVs.

Certainly that'd be far easier than people who don't matter, spouting off to those that don't care, yet are complaint. (people complaining about those that work within the system)
