I am for ANYTHING legal that puts the breaks on uncontrolled EMI. It is getting completely out of hand in the US right now... At least in the Northwest...

As Ed said, this is a good step!

At least someone in some Government is taking this seriously. Hopefully the US will adopt an attitude taking EMI seriously.

domestic regulation, not an international one.
