Would it help and would it be within code to put the wires through a few turns
on a Mix 31 ferrite core?  It may not be practical due to space limitations to
do so with an outlet mounted AFCI, but in a panel I'd think there ought to be
room for such.

Rob, we got the same advice from our electrician when we had our home
built.  I asked about RFI and susceptibility to RF fields.  He knew all
about it.  Same advice.  I just tolerate the problems they cause.  We have
one light switch in the master bath that is extremely problematic.  Why
they are not de-bounced is beyond me.  Oh......I think I could take a
guess..........:$$$.
