I am very concerned about RFI from any new HVAC systems manufactured and
installed since new energy savings codes went into effect in mid-2019.

For examples of modern, RF-noisy HVAC systems, and possible mitigations,
see
https://viennawireless.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/HILLSON_RFI_PDF_3SEP2021.pdf
.

As you say, yours was installed in 2013.

My current furnace was installed in 2004. Single speed, no ECM. Yes, the
fan draws 800 watts when it's running. Nearing end-of-life, so I'm
carefully shopping.

Steve, N2IC
