I tested 5 or 6 brands (every one I could get my hands on) and even the 
quietest according to my tests raised my noise level by 1 db. I ended up 
putting Corcom 20VK6 line filters on each circuit as close as possible to the 
first light in the chain and it eliminated all nose.
