FT-240-31 with many turns both wires Hot and Neutral can do it , but sometime
ms it can take more filtering depending if more Common Mode or more Non Common
Mode rejection is needed
Also the CorCom EMI Filters found on EBay like the1EB3 module can help also (
one with > 50dB rejection ) over HF to 50MHz helps for both modesof rejection
Also using TripLite Isobar 110VAC Extension units with 4  to 6 output outlets
can also help and have 60dB, 80dB and 100dB outlets to chose from
Hope that helps !

Thanks Dave:

Looks like 3 cores will do the trick for the K9YC filter. Winding the cores
now. Neighbor is good for a Saturday install.

He told me it is a GLD LED 150 Flood light IP66

Man does it create the RFI!

If you add anything to your neighbors light, try and get a hold harmless
agreement...

If there is a fire, you have increased your liability by working on his
electrical system.

If it were me, I would look for a commercial solution that uses Jim's
process...  I am not sure if anyone is selling Jim's filters yet...  If
not, someone is missing a big opportunity...

73, and thanks,
