Hi, About 2 weeks ago I started getting some terrible noise on 75
meters. It is constant, building up, then seems to discharge, but never
goes away. 20 over when it builds up. Then discharges. It actually seem
to move around a little. It will drop from 20 over to S7 on the scope,
then I see it up or down from where it was. Repeats the same all the
