towertalk very much exists on contesting com.
I am not sure what a DX Special Antenna is. If you are looking to make your
transceiver believe that you have a broadband 40m dipole antenna you can do
this using sections of coax. I believe for 40m it takes only 1/2wl of 50 ohm
coax followed by 1/4wl of 75 ohm.
