Comments:
Summits on the Air activation concurrent with the contest. Shack was a remote,
wooded mountaintop in VA accessed via six-mile round-trip hike / bushwhack.
Temperature in the 50s was fine considering it's mid-December, but could have
done without the drizzle.
Score is about what you'd expect from 5 W into a portable, multi-band antenna
(41-foot non-resonant inverted-L thrown into a tree, four 12-foot radials on the
ground), mediocre propagation on 10 m, and limited operating time shared with
six other bands.
