Comments:
On the road to Hamvention, making a stop in Kentucky to see Mammoth Cave
National Park. I have a cave tour this afternoon but arrived in town ahead of
schedule so decided to do what I believe may be my first 1300z CWT.
I needed some provisions at the local Kroger so operated from the parking lot
using my KX2 + Little Tarheel II antenna (with the short whip). A testament to
the good ops in this club that I managed to get 14 in the log this morning.
I will miss the 1900z CWT since I will be checking out the park but I do plan to
be on from the campsite with some kind of wire in the air for the 0300z session.
