Already taken down the 20 year old Mosley, cleaned up joints and attached new coax. Now still need to work on 80M dipole, and the 160M stuff.

New tower/yagi
|
After using wire antennas for the past 59 years, I am finally putting up a 45G tower and OptiBeam OB2-40 and OB16-3 yagi's. Will see how it goes!

Lots to do this summer!
|
Just moved last October too late to get anything up, other than a vertical.
Plan to:
- Add 48 ft tower with HF LPDA (20-10) and 6M beam.
- Add dipoles for 30, 40 and 80
- Modify existing 43ft vertical with band specific matching sections for 40, 80, 160 and 2200m
- More radials!
- Possibly second smaller tower for VHF array (2m EME/terrestrial array with elevation).
I've been waiting for this chance. So long condo!

Changes...
|
I plan on taking mine down for the
winter...have some major building works planned
for the house. Probably wont have room for my
tower anymore....but I do plan on putting up a
Steppir vertical.
It wont be as good as my Mosley TA-33, but it
will be better than nothing!
