Computer Noise on TS950sdx and LCU-3k interface Reply

Regardless of which computer and operating system I use, I'm still getting (polling?) noise into the output audio circuit on xmit. Suggestions?

Look before leaping...
Turns out, the TS950sdx doesn't like to be polled during xmit.

CT seems well behaved in it's polling of the radio. TR and Writelog love to ask for the radio's status, regardless of the radio's xmit status.

Comments or suggestions?

tnx,

Whether the rig is polled during transmit is a configurable option in TRLog.

but if the rig isn't polled, how does the computer know what band/freq the radio is on?
tnx,

Well it's almost 9 years later and there was no resolution posted on this topic. Everyone has probably either sold their radio or obtained/installed the PROM firmware upgrade that resolved this issue.
