Most contests now use robots for scoring based on cabrillo files submitted. This sure beats cross checking by hand!
I'm associated with the Portage County Amateur Radio Service here in Ohio (www.portcars.org) and we sponsor the Ohio State Parks On The Air (OSPOTA) contest every September (http://parks.portcars.org/ospota/index.php).
The contest is getting more participants every year and manually checking logs is becoming a real chore.
I know the major contest sponsors use 'robots' to check logs (in cabrillo format) - my question: What do we have to do to find out how to obtain or write a robot program for our Ohio State Parks On The Air contest?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
