I would like to see how ARRL will disqualify 4U1ITU for publishing all their logs on ITU web site... Yes, 4U1ITI is not a DXpedition per se, but being the single station in the whole "contry", it sets some sort of an example. And when this signal comes from the club of the intrnational communication govering body...

Well, ITU governs telecommunications, ARRL sets the rules for an award. Quite a difference.
