So far so good. Now get down from that tower and finish the rest of the story. It's awful selfish of you to leave us hanging like this.....

I'm enjoying the story. Would love to read the ending. And, would enjoy other stories from other ops and contests. I'm struggling with my setup and love to read the lengths others will go to for an extra db.

It is now C - 3 hours. I am not going to have time to post the fifth part of the story until after the contest, so here is a brief status update.

Tom and I worked hard this whole week, and as of Thursday night everything is up and working perfectly. The station is together, and I should be on the air tonight as planned.

My pre-contest plan is for 3000 QSO's and 125 multipliers, for a score of 750,000. Last year, that would have barely made the top ten for SSB only high power. We shall see.

Next week, I will finish the construction part of the story, and do a recap of the event. Thanks for all the kind emails, and Good Luck in the Contest!
