Comments:
Nice to be back; but were band condx weird here, particularly 40M. Almost zilch
along the E-W line. N-S was, at best, sporadic and spotty. 20M had better sigs
for the same stations I was able to hear/work on 40M for the most part. The few
15M stations I found were easily worked, including SM5IMO of the backside of the
Hexbeam.
I know there was a large solar flare last night, and solar wind is way up. K=4
still this AM. Nice to have our Sun awake, but this string of storm-like
activity is making HF propagation "interesting."
