Started on 40 for the first hour then to 20. The band was so anemic I looked out
the window to see if the Steppir had fallen to the ground. Terribly weak and
fading conditions. Planned on more hours but early in the evening the FT-1000
VFO started to QSY at times on its own. I think it got tired and wanted to watch
TV, so we did. It had been several years since a contest effort. Great to hear
the old crowd. Thanks for all the Q's, Brad
