15 had to be open during the day and 40 at night, but zilch heard on either
band. Activity seemed considerably lower on 20 than past years, but when I was
listening KU5B/M was usually there, thanks! 20M activity for first hours was
very sparse. The best 20M conditions were around 22-23Z.
