Comments:
This has been one of my favorite QSO parties that I work from my home outside
the target state. This year, time for it was limited due to other commitments.
Only thing good about conditions when I could be QRP was that 20M was short
enough to work the few stations I heard there. They had pretty good signals.
On 40 and 80, the conditions were horrible. No signals audible on 40M during
the daytime. High QRN on 40 and 80 after dark. Mi activity seemed down. As
usual, some Mich stations were heard calling other Mich stations but never
calling CQ, so it was difficult to impossible to work them from out of state.
