Comments:
40 was solid for the first 20 minutes, then a decent pace after that, even when
switching to S&P. It got pretty slow in the last 12 minutes, so went to 20
which was quite crowded. No chance of running so went searching. With the longer
days it doesn't seem possible to run fast on 40 for the whole hour.
Fun and certainly added to the list of members worked.
