This was yet another WQ6X attempt at yet another GAQP from the SF East Bay.
Like so MANY non-CA QSO parties, this one was FULL of potential, and yet,
turned out to be yet another QSO Party DuD! Where were all the GA spots
(not to mention the actual GA stations themselves)? What is the point of
holding a state QSO party when your own in-state operators don't participate?
