Comments:
Thanks to everyone for getting on for the GQP on a holiday weekend. A big thanks
to the AD4EB (AD4EB, AC6ZM and Melody) and the N4N (K5JR and crew) teams for
driving around Georgia and activating a lot of counties on Easter weekend. The
skip was so short on 40 meters that I had a 2nd radio on 40 CW to work them when
they changed counties. K4BAI and I missed doing our W4AN rover effort as we
usually do. We will be back next year and from Florida in the FQP in a couple
weekends.
It was different to operate from home and make a lot of SSB contacts in the GQP.
20 SSB was especially good. Now the real work starts for me checking logs which
is a big task!
