Comments:
Multi Op 100W effort at W0ECC contest club. We had a great time for the
weekend. We had new contester Kaitlin (KD9WHO) who absolutely killed it on 20M
SSB. CJ (WT2P) and Connor (KD9LSV) held down the fort on CW. Friday night was
windy which made it challenging to put up antennas and keep them up. We had a
few equipment failures and the DX Commander broke in half before the contest
even started, but we pushed through. Conditions on Saturday was much better
than Sunday. We started Sunday morning with 970 Q's and 105 mults in the books.
Sunday was slow going with an high A index. Thanks for all the Q's from the
mobile and portable stations. You put these counties on the air! We'll see you
again next year!!
