Tried a new location on big island, and used an endfed (actually, first time to
get it to 'work' for me, yay!). New location: front lawn of workplace (it was
5pm here, hi hi), with nicely trimmed and very tall trees. Got the antenna up
about 25ft with help from WH6FUS. Got lots of comments / confusion from
coworkers, including from those in charge, oops.
Made 4 contacts, 3 from Hawaii, and one in TN, so I'm feeling very happy about
that. Much improvement over operating conditions at home!
