Comments:
Great band condx with ten meters finally open to EU and NA from VK3 after a long
rest. Fifteen meters open to EU for hours past nightfall was another nice
change from recent history. Twenty meters was open all night and the band condx
on 40 meters were very good with low noise.
A surprising number of Ukraine operators were QRV and it was good to hear them
on again. A reduced number of Russian stations but a few were in there getting
responses.
