This has got to be the most HORRIBLE COQP EVER and it's not CO's fault.
With a K-Index of 4 & 5, no Colorado stations were heard until on station
cam thru on 20-meters @00:15z. Finally at 02:05z 40-meters finally
opened up to Colorado.
