Comments:

There were lots of problems in completing QSOs. Many of the respondents never
sent a confirming RRR or RR73 message or else tried to use signal reports
instead of grid locations. That slowed down the QSO logging process
considerably.

Here are two suggestions. First, make a rule change. Digital contests
shouldn't be held on the common FT4 and FT8 frequencies. The contesters need to
be separated from those who are not. This change would also reduce the overall
QRM level for everybody. Secondly, modify N1MM+ to optionally allow zero-point
QSOs to be completed. That way the non-contest replies can readily be logged
without interrupting the normal logging process.

This was an interesting contest but a cumbersome one in which to participate.
I'm expecting there to be a considerable number of penalty points assessed for
NIL QSOs.
