An interesting year. The week before the QP I lost my CW computer in a
thunderstorm so I decided to go SSB. Got a sore throat before the contest &
almost lost my voice half way through. Two backup antennas didn't make it
through the winds Thursday night and they decided not to participate. The S-7
noise levels and 20+ static crashes were a treat for the ears. I apologize to
those who I couldn't work through the crashes.
Overall, I had a blast. Thanks to WR5P for the bonus points. Saw you spotted on
160 but didn't make it to the top band. Never did hear Connie, K5CM although I
saw him spotted a few times.
Thanks to all who participated and to the organizers. On to 2023!
