Comments:
I really enjoy these low power events and had my best contest score to date! I
ran SSB only with my ICOM 756 Pro and 80/40/20/10 Fan Dipole about 40 feet above
the ground. Saturday afternoon I tried my luck calling CQ and two hours later I
had logged 152 QSOs! Non-stop responses with big pile-ups for most of the time.
Lots of Virginia state contacts but only WA2OMT from the local club. The rest
of contacts came from across the USA and a few Canadian provinces. Lots of fun!
