Comments:

What was intended to be a casual test of a new 40m antenna ended up being a 20m
single band effort.

The 40m antenna worked before last week's snow/ice storm, but failed later in
the week. It problem appears to be at the center insulator up in the tree.

That left me with the yagi (F12 C3-SS) on the roof. So 20m it was. The radios
and indoor gear all worked quite well, while the rotator went bonkers early on
-- I ended up going outside to see what direction it was facing all too often.

I missed most of the Europeans Sunday morning, but other than that, signals --
especially from the midwest and west coast -- were quite good.

I split running and S&P 60/40, which was a good mix.

Thanks to N3QE, W2CDO and NS3T for bugging me to get on after too long a layoff.
