Time for SO2R ops to listen up. When you're off a frequency working someone and
a station sends QRL? and you don't respond, it's fair game for the station to
occupy that frequency with no argument. No one owns a frequency and for sure no
one owns two frequencies. I'll gladly yield if a station immediately sends
*anything* in response to QRL? No response in a few seconds equals an open
spot.
