Comments:
Operated portable with inverted V at 20 feet, 100 watt transceiver and
100 ah battery from Amistad NRA 20 miles North of Del Rio.
Did not get a single reply from CQing. Did not hear any ground wave or work
any TX stations.
Saturday was the better day hearing stations about 1400....afternoons were
quiet both days. Heard lots of stations....just think what one may have
done with a real antenna and some power?
Heard D4Z for about 45 minutes Sunday. Many PY and LU
