Comments:

Our operating experience this year;
- huge rain static all bands for the full 24 hours
- M/S 10 min rule is an disadvantage, no need for SO2R operating

Many asked us to move, but because of the M/S rule, we could not
always accommodate. If the ask was not a new multi to us, we could
not QSY.

Being a RAC multiplier this would have been unfair to our runs to
stop and move.

Hard decisions to make.
