Comments:
K3's 100 watt final on the fritz, so forced to run 12 watts into the KPA500,
which resulted in 175 watts. Enough power to be heard, but certainly not enough
to be heard well, especially with my antenna. Ant: 17' helical vertical with a
modest top hat and 16 40' radials. No top loading wire. Each helical winding
is 3 feet. Narrow bandwidth, of course, but amazing how well the little thing
works.
