Comments:

The snow storm in the Washington DC area was a mixed blessing: canceled plans we
had that initially meant I wouldn't get on at all, but it also impacted business
travel plans that I had to work to rearrange and reschedule. Oddly: no snow
static - the low bands were quiet as could be.

Great rates for the 5 hours I was on, I wish I had been able to spend more time
on 80, it was phenomenal.
