TS-590S 100W w/ DX-LB antenna (~ 30 m long) @14m, bandwith 20 kHz (1810-1830).
Local noise 59 here on 160m.
Saturday afternoon I put up an RX antenna to NA: EA3VY pennant w/ a little
modification by MMana (1:9 balun, 3 + 2x8m triangle and 1000 ohm (no 900 at
home :) resistance back, @6m). S9 noise went down to 0, sunday morning I heard
lots of NA stations but only with the RX pennant. I called VY2ZM and KW7MM/VY2
with no success. Other strong NA stations here: K3WW, K3ZM, K1LZ, W1XX...
