Comments:
Decided to do a limited 40m assisted low power entry at the last minute instead
of 15m.
Just to try and get a few points towards renewal of the G6M SCC.
Good to hear plenty of SCC's in use. Hope the RSGB add further qualifying
contests soon.
In between household duties I found 40m a bit flat with little DX around that I
could work.Was a stuggle getting runs going so mainly S&P. Some truly awful
quality signals from EU with clicks I suspect being deliberate.
Found I was spending time getting used to Skimmer and VE7CC configuration
instead of operating.All useful for future use.
N1MM Logger+ was logging software.
Equipment used was Elecraft K3 100w into an inv Vee Dipole with centre about
55ft.and ends down to about 11ft.
