Comments:

When you average about 23 QSO's per hour, it starts to become much less
interesting, Hi! While I was operating NA time Friday evening, Saturday
morning, and briefly at the end, the band was never wide open to JA. The first
40 minutes were the best. It was difficult to impossible to run JA stations
after 0115Z the first day. This is a deal breaker in the AA, no hope of a big
score. I also had line noise just loud enough to miss Asians off the main lobe
of the yagi and two scheduling conflicts, the WV QSO Party Saturday for 10
hours and a live show which took up 6 hours Sunday. There were plenty of rare
Asian prefixes active, with a few hard to work. Highlights were XW1, BG5, BH4,
XV9, A45, A65, E2, 4K6, 9M2, UK8, and 9M4. Conditions were very good to all
areas except JA at some time.

Next year the WVQP and AA should not conflict. Thanks for the QSO's and in some
cases working hard to copy me through the noise.

73, Jeff
