Not sure if I did this correctly as I wasn't sure how to input the grid
activations as a Rover. I set out to do this contest as a SO FM only, however,
I did not read thoroughly enough to realize that I would then have to remain at
a fixed location. Therefore, I ran as a limited rover out of the DM13 and DM14
grids in So. Cal. This being my first contesting experience, I will accept a
low score for the many lessons I learned.
