Comments:

When I finally got to 80 meters after hours of operating and I heard all the
QRN, I actually thought to myself, "that's the problem with contests that
aren't in the winter time, to much static on the low bands". Then I realized it
is January! It was a combination of operating fatigue, and unseasonably warm
weather. It was raining here with very high static levels.
