Comments:
Back up to Northern MN for vacation again. Mounted the vertical on a rocky point
right on Lake Superior. In the booming Metropolis of Croftville, MN.
This was the first run after moving Writelog over to a different laptop. I
thought I had it all set when I discovered that it did not recognize any mults.
So, where and what is that mult file again and where do I put it. Figured it out
1/2 hr before the start, so no slow NS for testing tonight. :(
Good to work KE0G in MN tonight on 40. I never hear him at home. Well rarely at
least.
Also tried a new gizmo tonight. I found a Sennhizer audio balance control on
Amazon. Seems to help balancing audio between my good ear and the bad one ok.
Only trouble is that I need to turn up the audio higher and that seems to
distort the sound when the rig audio goes to distortion. Might need an external
amp as well.
