More time on the air would have helped. Had errands to run Sat. morning, 3 hrs,
then was slow so took a nap. That missed time really hurt - was counting on
late afternoon EU on 10/15. Didn't get much at all exc. a couple HQ stations.
80 was a pleasant surprise, several EU. r6000 vertical just didn't cut it on
the high bands, especially 20. Couldn't do anything there after dark.
Replaced my US/mult vertical on 40 with a delta loop last winter, that was a
step backwards for stateside- but it works well for SA.
Had a lot of fun, maybe next year will be better.
