Good conditions on 6m for most of the contest, it was open in varying degrees to
some area most of the time. Really only the last hour of the contest was it
totally shut down here in DN94 central SD. Had a lot of fun , except lost my
main 8877 amp Sunday morning, and went with the backup amp, that cost about 3
hours of time getting it going, thanks to Jim KD0S! Part of contesting for sure
to have equipment failure. Otherwise things went nicely. Good to see the
higher bands working well also, 2m especially was better this time, but hard to
concentrate on with 6m being busy!! Seemed 222 was good also, but 432 was
tougher than usual.
