Comments:
This was my first attempt at the Sprint with low power. Although I lost my
share of jump balls, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. This was also
my first serious attempt to use SO2R in the Sprint. Having a CQ running on the
other radio really helped with some extra Qs and quite often a new mult I may
not have missed.
Unfortunately, 20 was long and I all but left it after the first 45 minutes or
so. I feel the Thursday night NS Sprint really helped me feel more comfortable
in the actual Sprint. I'm not sure what I might have done differently except
maybe work 80 a little longer and harder. It was in pretty good shape and the
noise was not bad here.
